Very quick check-in, tidy room with extra beds, working AC, for instance. Nice and really kind stuff on reception and elsewhere. Cheap food, marvellous and awesome location to termini.

Quick check-in, late check-out, brand-new room with working AC, extra beds and good WiFi. Genuinely helpful, outstandingly accommodating staff towards all guests.

Oh, the dining scene around Palma is a delight! Trattoria Dell'OMO served up some of the best carbonara I've ever had, and Agora' Restaurant & Bar was perfect for a late-night snack. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We got a room in the basement, a bit cramped without a proper window. The pantry setup could really use proper crockery and some seating, though we were hardly in there with all the yummy food around!

I had a 5-night stay with my family in a cozy Double or Twin Room. The cleaning staff were attentive, and the day receptionist was a gem. The night staff felt dismissive. For smoother checkout, plan well and avoid peak hours! A decent stay in Rome.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our large family. We loved the convenient location close to Termini station, made getting around the city easy.

The room was spacious and had a charming balcony. Staff were friendly and spoke English. It was a great spot, close to the train station. Coffee at the reception was only 1 euro. A pleasant stay for our family.

Charming, charming, charming.

The location was perfect, allowing me to explore on foot and soak up the beauty of the area. My room was a cozy sanctuary, complete with plush bedding and a lovely little balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. With daily towel changes and extra toiletries.
